Your form data is used solely to generate your personalized dispute letter. Specifically:
- Your form data is sent to our server to generate the letter via the Anthropic Claude API
- Form data is temporarily stored in your browser's local storage so you can retrieve your letter after payment
- We do not store your form data on our servers after the letter is generated
- We do not save, log, or retain copies of your generated letters
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your form data to generate the dispute letter. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of data sent through their API. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
- LemonSqueezy — processes payments. We do not see or store your payment card information. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing securely.
- Google Analytics — collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, general location) to help us improve the service. No personal form data is sent to Google Analytics.
- Netlify — hosts our website and serverless functions. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type) as part of normal web hosting.
Data Storage and Security
- Form data is stored temporarily in your browser's local storage and is cleared when you close your browser or clear your browsing data
- All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS encryption
- We do not maintain a database of user information or generated letters
- Encrypted letter data stored in local storage cannot be read without our server-side decryption key
Cookies
We use cookies only through Google Analytics to understand general site usage patterns. These are standard analytics cookies and do not contain personal information from your form submissions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your Rights
Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, there is generally no data for us to delete or provide. However, you can:
