The letters and content generated by ClaimDispute are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Use of ClaimDispute does not create an attorney-client relationship. ClaimDispute is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
Insurance laws vary by state and change over time. For complex disputes, high-value claims, or situations requiring legal counsel, consult a licensed attorney or public adjuster in your state.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Letter previews are provided free of charge.
- Full dispute letters are available for a one-time payment of $47 per letter.
- Payments are processed by Gumroad. By completing a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service in addition to these terms.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect previously completed purchases.
4. Refund Policy
Because you receive a free preview of your letter before purchasing, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your letter after payment, contact us at support@easyclaimdispute.com and we will resolve it.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the claim details you provide.
- ClaimDispute generates letters based on the information you enter — inaccurate input may result in an inaccurate letter.
- You are responsible for reviewing the generated letter before sending it.
- You are responsible for verifying that the legal citations and deadlines in your letter are current, as laws change over time.
6. Accuracy & Limitations
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date state insurance law data, we do not guarantee that all legal citations, deadlines, or regulatory information are current at the time of letter generation. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should independently verify all legal references before relying on them.
7. Privacy
Your use of ClaimDispute is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your personal information or claim details on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
The generated dispute letter is yours to use as you see fit. The ClaimDispute name, branding, website design, guide content, and underlying technology remain the property of ClaimDispute.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClaimDispute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the outcome of any insurance dispute. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
